BILLABLE CONFIRMATION REQUEST

  • This is a signed acknowledgement of the charges for service provided by
    Automation One’s Service and I.T. departments. The following rates apply.
    1. Technical Service - $149.00 per hour – minimum 1 hour charge. Parts as required plus travel time and taxes.
    2. I.T. Remote Support - $169.00 per hour – minimum 30 minutes. Taxes not included.
    3. I.T. Onsite Support - $169.00 per hour- Minimum 1 hour charge. Plus travel time and taxes. (This service is provided under condition of release of any liabilities to Automation One)
