To better streamline our installation efforts and limit downtime, this completed survey needs to be submitted to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. This survey needs to be completed before network connectivity can take place. All network installations are to be conducted by the customer’s network support personnel, Automation One network personnel are only available to assist in the device configuration, installation of print drivers and additional software. Automation One assumes no responsibility for changes to network configurations.
